Last week was wonderful, to say the least. On Wednesday, I received an invitation to attend the Southern Blog’s Society’s annual conference in Charleston, South Carolina, where I will be rooming with blogging babe, Shelby Vanhoy, editor of Life & Style blog, Pretty in the Pines. This is the first blogging related conference I have ever attended, so you can imagine how eager and excited I am to learn more about the industry, meet other bloggers, and networks with brands (and of course a trip to Charleston wouldn’t be compete without a rooftop cocktail and a trip to see my girls at Bob Ellis).
In addition to the #SBSCon, I was also extended an invitation to attend Lucky Magazine’s LuckyFABB Conference in NYC! There are so many incredible networking opportunities at LuckyFABB, and this event is something that I have looked forward to for years. Ironically, my mom will be in the city that same weekend, so I look forward to spending some time with her as well! Hopefully, we can do a little wedding shopping!
Last weeks excitement fueled inspiration for this weeks posts, which brings me to my next topic. Moving forward I plan to start each week with an inspirational post that will let everyone know what I will be posting throughout the week on Style Souffle. This weeks overview looks like this:
- Tuesday: I will be sharing more on the Southern Blog Society Conference (#SBSCon), and what I plan to wear.
- Wednesday: Will be all about a fun outfit post, which was shot in a studio.
- Thursday: Is all about my current covets (if only money grew on trees…).
- Sunday: I’ll be sharing my third post on my Wedding series, so stay tuned!
