For someone who is always overdressed for every occasion, I find this punchy chartreuse top totally practical for a night on the town!  This fall we are going to continue seeing highlighter tones, especially in the form of accessories.  Who’s complaining?!

Personally, I love to fill my closet with fun and unique pieces.  Perhaps what I love the most about this tops extreme ruffled neckline is that it adds a high fashion flare, but comes at a better than department store price! You can’ t beat that!
