Staying active, eating well and living a balanced lifestyle are all things that keep my happy and energized! I love to start my day with a fitness class or long run through the neighborhood. I’m so much more productive on days when I work out before taking my morning shower. My husband and I are early risers, so even when traveling we like a good, sweaty start to our day.

Staying hydrated is also key to feeling your best, especially after a good workout. Drinking lots of water also helps me overcome symptoms of hyperthyroidism, such as fatigue and swelling. At times I get really lethargic and puffy and neither of those things set well with my lifestyle. There is too much I want to accomplish to feel drained.
