Winter is officially a week away!  I feel a bit spoiled this year, as my husband and I experienced the most magical start to the season during a recent trip to Colorado! Being from the South we are lucky if we see snow at all, so looking out the window to see snow covering the mountains was certainly a treat. The temps were bone-chilling, but that couldn’t keep us inside.

To my surprise, the -3 temps weren’t all that bad when wearing proper outerwear. A warm coat made all the difference in the freezing cold! I have the hardest time finding coats that keep me warm and are still cute and stylish. This Bernardo Packable Down with Prima Loft fill is the perfect coat, and great for layering with turtlenecks, scarves, and other coats for extra warmth!
