Several weeks ago, while perusing the mall for a potential rehearsal dinner dress, I came across this matching jacket + shorts linen set!  Come to think of it, well made, co-ord sets  are few and far between – you rarely see them, which is one of the reasons I couldn’t pass up the purchase!

 When it comes to my wardrobe I typically take a more conservative approach while adding hints of unexpected detail, like this Rebecca Taylor crop top!  Something about it made the whole outfit come together in a very tasteful, and yet youthful way.  The soft blue lenin complimented the tops thick white fabric so well, and it was great considering the warm afternoon’s we’ve been experiencing here in North Carolina! I found a similar crop top (here), also from Rebecca Taylor, that is on MAJOR sale and still available in most sizes!

 I’m such an advocate of layers. Similar to Fall, the weather during springtime months can be a bit unpredictable here in North Carolina. So having a coat to brave the morning chill that lingers in the air is always a must! This jacket would pair great with a white dress, or slakes for the office.

As for accessories, I opted for the beautiful blue druzy earrings; the color matched perfectly! I also sought after one of my favorite pair of neutral shoes. Unfortunately, these are about seven years old, so I have linked an affordable pair, here.
