For those of you who are long time readers of Style Soufflé, you know my love for all things leopard print. It’s practically a neutral! This faux fur leopard coat is one of the most fun pieces I have in my Winter wardrobe, and I find myself wearing it more than I had expected. I’ve been now to wear it with shorts and also a dress (here and here).
Given that the coat makes such a statement, I paired it with black distressed denim pants, a chambray top, and my favorite pair of black boots.
The black boots and accessories add a slight edge to this otherwise classic outfit. These black frame aviators are one of my favorite accessories. They can instantly transform an outfit! As for my boots, well I have never received more compliments on an article of clothing than I have these boots.
On a side note… Department stores are slashing the prices of Winter ready materials for a fraction of their retail price to make room for Spring/ Summer inventory. I purchased THIS same leopard coat around this same time last year. I encourage you take advantage of these sales while majority of sizes are still available. You will be so glad you did next Fall/ Winter. After all… classic, neutral pieces NEVER go out of style! 🙂
